Mariann is an award winning black belt. And she didn't begin her journey until her sixties.

After a health scare, Mariann began her martial arts lessons in a Tae Chi class at Master Lee's in Roseville. Instructors noticed her energy and commitment and encouraged her to take her training to the next level by taking Tae Kwon Doe classes.
Years later she says their guidance has changed her life be teaching her discipline, confidence and respect for herself and others.

And whether she's practicing her form or stocking merchandise… this energetic grandmother has no intention of slowing down.
