Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cup ripe mashed bananas
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
• 3 cups oats
• 1/2 cup chopped peanuts
• 1/4 cup applesauce
  
  

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all ingredients together thoroughly. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto an non-greased baking sheet, and press flat with a fork. Bake for approximately 15 minutes then cool on a rack before serving.
