Ingredients

• 3 turns ground pepper
• 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
• 1 teaspoon anchovie paste
• ½ teaspoon dijon mustard

Instructions
Mix:1 toss tobasco; 4 tosses Worcestershire
Toss: 1 egg yolk, coddled; 6 count olive oil
Add to salad mix: ½ lemon squeeze; 1 oz. parmesan cheese; 10 croutons

Add ground pepper, garlic, anchovie paste, and Dijon mustard to large wooden bowl and mix. Then add Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce. Mix. Add egg and olive oil mixing ingredients well. Finally, add salad mix, lemon, Parmesan cheese and croutons. Toss together well.
