Ingredients

• 1 whole chicken (cut up)
• 2 T. granulated garlic
• 2 T. black pepper
• 1 T. salt
• 1 T. seasoning salt
• Cooking Oil/Shortening
• Flour
  

Instructions
Pour cooking oil/shortening in fryer or skillet, enough to cover chicken. Mix all ingredients into chicken. Flour each piece of chicken and place in hot oil/shortening. Make sure oil is hot. Fry until golden brown.
