Glazed Lamb with Minted Asian Pear Relish

Ingredients
Main Ingredients
- 4 lamb chumps, (also known as Lamb Sirloin)
- 1 bottle pomegranate molasses (can be purchased
at an Asian food store)
Marinade (makes 10 servings)
- 3/8 C sherry vinegar
- ¾ C red wine
- 3/8 C soy sauce
- 3 T sugar
- ¾ C olive oil
- 3 T rosemary, chopped
- 3 T garlic, minced
- 3 t black pepper
- 3-¼ T parsley, chopped
Minted Asian Pear Relish (makes 6
servings)
- 2-3/8 T olive oil
- 1-¼ red onions, diced
- 4 Asian pears, cored and diced
- 1/3 C roasted red peppers, diced
- 1-¼ cloves garlic, minced
- 1-¼ t ginger, minced
- 3 star anise
- 1/3 t cinnamon
- 1-½ T rice vinegar
- 1/3 Gewürztraminer wine
- 2-½ T lemon juice
- Zest of 1-¼ lemons
- 1-½ t kosher salt
- 1 C fresh mint, minced
Instructions
To prepare the lamb chumps, marinate overnight in refrigerator.
Grill to medium rare, basting generously with pomegranate molasses.
Serve with Minted Asian Pear Relish.

Combine ingredients, label, and store extra portion.
Minted Pear Relish
Combine all ingredients and toss thoroughly. Store overnight in
refrigerator for best results.
