Prime Time Boxing Club & Fitness in Sacramento
gave Pam Turse a run for her money when she tried to step into
the ring with Cary Williams-Nunez, female competitor and boxing
coach at Prime Time. Although they didn't spar, Cary gave Pam
an inside peek at what goes on during one of the boxing camps.
Jumping
rope, hitting the heavy bags, and learning the proper way to punch
is only the beginning when it comes to this calorie-burning course.
Lora Pierce, a 51-year-old breast cancer survivor decided to take
the course when her cancer went into remission. Now, she's in
the best shape of her life and proudly boasts that good exercise,
like boxing, is helping to keep her
cancer free.
Owned
by Cary and her husband Angelo, Prime Time is also a fitness center
for young kids ages 12 to 17; helping to get them off the streets
and into shape with after school programs.
