Combellack-Blair House Bed & Breakfast

Step back in time with Jennifer Fischer as she visits the Combellack-Blair House in Placerville, California. This stunning Queen Anne Victorian, featured in a famous Thomas Kinkade painting, is located in the quaint town of Placerville. The house was built by William Hill Blair in 1895 and then purchased by the Arthur Blair family in 1924 — both prominent merchants of their time. It continues to be owned and operated by the family of its early owners.

Meet innkeepers Loren and Marlene Delaurenti, two retired educators from the Bay Area, who’ve helped restore the Combellack-Blair house back to its original glory. This two-story bed and breakfast maintains many of its original features and Italianate design of making it one of the most distinguishable late-Victorian style homes in the Central Valley.
